Important Service Update:

Glacier Computer’s repair facility is relocating to our certified service partner, Barcode Enterprises, in the Atlanta area. They meet our stringent criteria for maintaining the high standards of excellence you expect.

Please note: As we transition parts and equipment, allow an extra week of turnaround time for repairs.

You will be directed to a new RMA portal where you can register your account. Your historical service records and existing serial numbers under warranty have been securely pre-loaded into the system.
